HOUE is a Danish design house. Driven by a passion for Affordable Luxury and a desire to benefit from the pool of gifted design talents. They draw on a proud heritage of mixing beautiful and innovative design with mass appeal. Today HOUE offers both an outdoor and indoor collection, always meeting high standards in terms of design, price and quality. 

Very important is, that comfortability in their furniture is the best possible. Therefore, they always put a lot of effort in their product development processes, striving to meet the highest standard of comfort and craftsmanship. 

Products are produced only on well-established factories with whom they have worked very close with for several years. Products are not random mass production - every little component in their furniture is thoroughly chosen or invented to cover the exact need, and every joint or curve is well thought through by their highly skilled product developers to assure they always get the right and expected quality.

EU Ecolabel

HOUE is determined to ensure right steps are taken in creating responsible furniture, meaning considering both social and environmental impact in the things they do. 

They do work with a systemic perspective, taking into account how things are always connected. Consequently, decisions are based on facts and thorough documentation. 

As a natural consequence FALK and NAMI Dining chair has been EU-Ecolabel certified. The EU Ecolabel works to reduce the overall environmental impact from production and consumption. Therefore, the EU Ecolabel evaluates the entire product lifecycle and the environmental problems that arise along the way - for the benefit of the environment, climate, humans and the earth’s resources.

Made in Denmark

The technology behind re-using ousehold plastic trash for furniture production is eveloped in Denmark, the chairs and table are designed by Danish designers and the plastic elements are produced in Denmark – so, basically this furniture are a result of mixing Danish design and Danish innovation and converting this new thinking and material into new design furniture.
